1Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and helpsot ("helpsot", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the helpsot online gaming platform available at helpsot.org, including all associated services, features, content, and functionality.
By registering an account, accessing the helpsot platform, or placing any wager or bet through helpsot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the helpsot platform and close your account.
These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. helpsot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
These Terms apply to all users of the helpsot platform, regardless of the device or method through which the platform is accessed. They supplement any additional rules, game-specific terms, and promotional terms published on the helpsot website.
2Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms unless the context requires otherwise:
- "helpsot" refers to the online gaming platform operated at helpsot.org and all associated services.
- "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the helpsot platform.
- "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's helpsot Account wallet, including real-money deposits and credited bonus funds.
- "Bonus Funds" means non-cashable promotional credits issued by helpsot that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "Real-Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User using a supported payment method, expressed in Philippine pesos (PHP).
- "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money game stake placed by the User on the helpsot platform.
- "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines.
- "Prohibited Person" means any individual who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3, including minors under 21 years of age.
- "Verification Documents" means government-issued identification and supporting documents required during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
3Eligibility
Access to real-money gaming on the helpsot platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
- You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gaming;
- You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
- You are not a resident of or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law;
- You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of helpsot, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
- You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, on the helpsot platform or under any applicable Philippine gaming regulatory framework;
- You have not previously had a helpsot account closed for breach of these Terms;
- You are acting solely on your own behalf and are the beneficial owner of the funds held in your helpsot Account.
Age Verification: helpsot operates a mandatory age verification process for all accounts. Registration does not constitute eligibility to play for real money until identity verification is successfully completed. Submitting fraudulent identification documents constitutes a criminal offence under Philippine law.
helpsot reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals, if there are reasonable grounds to believe a User may not satisfy the eligibility criteria. Access to the platform may be suspended pending successful verification.
4Account Registration
To use the real-money gaming features of helpsot, each User must register a single Account. The following conditions apply to all helpsot Accounts:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one helpsot Account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, date of birth, address, mobile number, device identifier, payment method, or IP address — will be flagged as duplicate accounts.
- Accurate Information: All information submitted during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
- Account Linking: Your helpsot Account may be linked to a Philippine mobile number (GCash-compatible format preferred) or a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining access to the contact method linked to your Account.
- Duplicate Account Consequences: If helpsot determines that a User has registered or operated more than one Account, helpsot may close all associated accounts, void all wagers placed across those accounts, and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
- Non-Transferability: Your helpsot Account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Account or any funds within it to another person.
5Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your helpsot Account login credentials. helpsot recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account, accessible via Account Settings.
You agree to:
- Maintain a strong, unique password for your helpsot Account that is not shared with other services;
- Never disclose your password, OTP codes, or security answers to any third party, including individuals claiming to represent helpsot customer support;
- Notify helpsot support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or a breach of your credentials;
- Not access your helpsot Account from shared, public, or unsecured devices without ensuring you log out completely after each session.
helpsot will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. helpsot customer support representatives will never ask for your full password via any communication channel.
6Deposits
helpsot accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and any applicable transaction limits:
- GCash (preferred e-wallet — instant)
- Maya (PayMaya) — instant
- GrabPay — instant
- InstaPay — within 5 minutes
- BPI Online Banking — 15 to 30 minutes
- BDO Online Banking — 15 to 30 minutes
- Metrobank Online Banking — 15 to 30 minutes
- 7-Eleven CLiQQ — 30 to 60 minutes
All deposits are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. helpsot does not charge processing fees on deposits from the methods listed above; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees for which helpsot accepts no responsibility.
helpsot only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name and linked to your verified identity. Third-party deposits — including those made on behalf of another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.
Deposits are credited to your helpsot Account wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. helpsot is not responsible for delays caused by payment network congestion, bank processing windows, or other factors outside its direct control.
7Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
- Your helpsot Account must have successfully completed identity verification (KYC) before any withdrawal can be processed;
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money laundering safeguard;
- GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within approximately 15 minutes, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
- Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within 1 to 3 banking hours during regular banking days;
- helpsot reserves the right to require additional Verification Documents before processing any withdrawal exceeding ₱50,000 in a single transaction or ₱200,000 in a rolling 30-day period.
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific withdrawal restrictions as detailed in Section 8. Withdrawal of Real-Money Funds is not restricted by wagering requirements unless those funds were credited in connection with a promotion.
8Bonuses & Promotions
helpsot offers various promotions, bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and tournament prizes to eligible Account holders. All bonuses are governed by these general terms and any additional promotion-specific terms published on the helpsot website or the Rewards page.
- Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Game Eligibility: Not all games on the helpsot platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published in individual promotion terms.
- Bonus Expiry: Bonus funds not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your Account balance without compensation.
- One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated, only one bonus may be active in your helpsot Account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple concurrent bonuses constitutes misuse and may result in forfeiture.
- Abuse & Exploitation: helpsot actively monitors bonus usage. Any systematic, mathematical, or artificial exploitation of bonus terms — including but not limited to matched betting or hedging — constitutes bonus abuse. helpsot reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses obtained through abuse, and to close the offending Account.
- Discretionary Offers: VIP bonuses, reload offers, and targeted promotions are issued at helpsot's sole discretion and are non-transferable.
9Gaming Rules
All games available on the helpsot platform are subject to the individual rules applicable to each game, as published within the game interface and on the relevant game information pages. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
- All game outcomes on helpsot are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games, and by live physical equipment in live casino environments, both operated by helpsot's licensed studio partners;
- Wagers placed and accepted are final. helpsot will not reverse a wager after it has been submitted and confirmed, except in cases of demonstrable system error;
- In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game session — including disconnection, stream failure, or server error — helpsot will apply the applicable game provider's void-round or reconnection policy;
- helpsot reserves the right to void any game round or wager where there is evidence of collusion, cheating, fraud, or exploitation of a software error that produces outcomes inconsistent with the published rules and RTP of the game;
- Published Return to Player (RTP) figures represent statistical averages over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual outcomes for any session.
10Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the helpsot platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of all wagers and balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any device designed to gain unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker, live dealer games, or tournament play;
- Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods for deposits;
- Engaging in money laundering, including the use of helpsot to convert illicit funds into withdrawable balances;
- Allowing or facilitating access to a helpsot Account by a Prohibited Person, including a person under 21 years of age;
- Impersonating another person or entity during account registration or support interactions;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or interfere with helpsot's security systems, software, or infrastructure;
- Exploiting pricing errors, system glitches, or unintended game behaviors to generate artificial profits;
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing helpsot staff or other players via any communication channel.
11Responsible Gaming
helpsot is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.
All helpsot Account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools, available at any time through Account Settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, a deposit limit can be decreased immediately but may only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling period;
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive in-platform notifications as you approach and reach your set limit;
- Loss Limits: Cap your total losses over a defined period. helpsot will prevent further play once this limit is reached until the next period begins;
- Cool-Off Period: Take a short break from the platform for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cool-off, you will be unable to deposit or wager, but existing balances will be preserved;
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the helpsot platform. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for its stated duration. helpsot will take all reasonable steps to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period.

12Intellectual Property
All content on the helpsot platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, brand names, text, data compilations, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of helpsot or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the helpsot platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from helpsot content without prior written consent;
- Screen-scrape, data-mine, or systematically download helpsot content;
- Use helpsot's name, logo, or branding in any advertising, social media, or commercial context without explicit written authorisation.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to helpsot regarding the platform may be used by helpsot at its discretion without any obligation of compensation or attribution.
13Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, helpsot's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from or related to your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real-Money Funds you have deposited into your helpsot Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
helpsot shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the helpsot platform;
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, even if helpsot has been advised of the possibility of such losses;
- Service interruptions caused by events outside helpsot's reasonable control, including power outages, internet service disruptions, telecommunications failures, natural disasters, or government orders;
- Actions or omissions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or telecommunications carriers;
- Losses arising from your reliance on any information published on the helpsot platform, including RTP figures, game rules, or promotional terms that are subsequently amended.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit helpsot's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by helpsot.
14Privacy & Data Protection
helpsot collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the helpsot Privacy Policy.
helpsot processes personal data for the following purposes: account management and verification, payment processing, fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, regulatory reporting, and — where you have provided consent — marketing communications.
helpsot implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption and secure data storage, to protect your personal information. helpsot will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, game studios, and regulatory authorities where required by law or contract.
15Amendments to These Terms
helpsot reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations, or the core terms of service — helpsot will provide reasonable notice via:
- A prominent notice on the helpsot website home page;
- An email notification to your registered email address; or
- An in-platform notification visible upon next login.
Your continued use of the helpsot platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with these Terms.
Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of existing obligations, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice.
16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes and claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute between you and helpsot that cannot be resolved informally through helpsot's customer support team shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is agreed upon in writing between the parties.
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact helpsot's support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days for helpsot to investigate and respond to your complaint. helpsot's formal complaints procedure is available on request through the support team.
